My friend, I have been there… For 10 years I suffered from insomnia, it was a long battle.
Most of the time, I was losing…
Not sleeping enough, falling asleep after 3-4 hours from the time I got to bed, and generally feeling horrible during the daytime… Mentally and physically.
I did not know why it started.
And I was hoping it would just “go away”,
But it didn’t.
Many days felt like I was “losing my mind” because it was so hard to do anything… to go to the supermarket, to work, to do anything that I wanted to do – while feeling that I was running on 20% battery.
I was super happy if for 1 night out of 10 I’d somehow manage to sleep a bit better.
But hardly getting any real rest, was creating horrendous issues in all areas of my life.
- I would fall asleep at work, a number of times even while another person was talking to me
- Twice I fell asleep while driving, for a brief moment – and it was sheer terror
- My relationships were falling apart because I became more and more depressed
- My body was hurting, all over…
I searched and tried many things to solve my insomnia
after 10 years,
and extreme depression
I was ready to do just about anything to stop this horrible pain,
and started a journey to heal from INSOMNIA
It was then my decision to look at it from every possible angle,
I conducted countless hours of research,
and all sorts of crazy experiments on my own body and mind, in order to determine what works and how.
During a number of years I was researching SLEEP nonstop
I read a ton of books in hope they may offer a solution,
and searched for any mention of sleep and insomnia in often unlooked esoteric literature
I also paid a lot of $$$ to many professionals and teachers to better understand how sleep works
and I discovered that there was no "quick fix solution" to insomnia
Because there is no such thing!
I did discover many ways,
unknown tactics & wise tricks
that anyone can apply
in order to sleep perfectly and get amazing rest
it became clear to me, that if I could heal from insomnia, I could help others can to do it too!
When I started writing this book, I set out to make it simple and functional...
I originally estimated the book to be around 100 pages, but it turned out to be 300+ pages full of must-know research and functional information!
